Benefits of Sweet Slumber

- Aim to not use any electronics (TV, internet, etc.) one hour prior
- Don't eat anything spicy before hitting the sack
- Make sure to workout out at least 4 hours prior to bedtime
- Take a warm bath :)
- Try and relax every muscle in your body and let go of the day's frenzy

I know sleep is very essential. I get at least 10 hours of sleep everynight. My immune system depends on it.
